This luxury Villa is located in the Playa Flamenca region of Costa Blanca between Murcia and Alicante airports. The Villa sleeps 6 people and is furnished to a very high standard. All 3 bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with fitted wardrobes. The open plan living/kitchen/dining area comprises an L Shaped sofa, a Flat screen smart tv with English/sky channels, WiFi, dvd player, selection of reading books and games, table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, washing m/c and a full size fridge/freezer.

The upstairs bathroom features a walk-in shower, wash basin and wc. Ground floor bathroom has built in shower, wash basin and wc.

The property is located only 10 metres from the 30 meter communal pool which is fenced off with access and exit via a keyfob which will be provided with the keys. Towels (inc beach towels) and linen are included and property is professionally cleaned before arrival.

There are restaurants, supermarkets, shops and bars all close by. There is a Water Park, beautiful beaches, numerous first class golf courses, tennis and go-karting, all available locally. The town of Torrevieja is only a short drive, or bus journey, away where you can enjoy the walk along the seafront and the popular palm walk. With fun fair, harbour, marina, evening market and many bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.

There is also a weekly Saturday market just yards from this property and in Playa Flamenca, just a short walk away, is the 3rd largest shopping centre in Spain, La Zenia Boulevard.
